Hi, I'm Basma.
I'm Basma, a Lead Product Designer in Spain who's spent 11+ years convincing complex, chaotic systems to behave. Fintech platforms deployed across 50+ banks, decentralized platforms and apps, car configurators, e-commerce, taxation tools, education platforms, travel apps. If it involves ten stakeholders, zero documentation, and a deadline, I'm already interested.
I'm the person who gets genuinely excited about the decisions that never make the final slide: the dead ends, the constraints, the "actually, we tried that in 2019 and it was a disaster" moments. That's where the real design lives.
When I close the laptop, I'm hunting down the most underrated restaurants, or trying to convince my cats that I'm the one in charge. (I'm not.)
